Following that, we offer long-term support agreements tailored specifically to each system, where we could assist managing these systems in depth, from overall system health, networking guidance, and remote access controls, down to the component level where we can manage hardware obsolescence, build upgrade roadmaps, keep program backups, and provide remote support.Finally, we build customized training for E/I so they can understand how their systems work and how to use them, which is valuable for both new hires and for refreshing area veterans. These classes range in scope from basic to advanced, and are tailored to specific processors or machines.
