In late 2019 we began development of Incase - the ultimate customer experience platform to promote, shop, pay, reward and connect.Suddenly the world was overwhelmed by the corona pandemic, and lockdowns followed. From a small group of restaurants we received a call. Their business was stopped in its tracks and they desperately wanted a solution to continue. Food delivery seemed a good option, but high commissions on delivery marketplaces would entirely undercut profitability.Besides, they wanted a solution that would preserve their own brands, and extend relationships with customers, not take them away.All the requirements aligned perfectly with the concept of Incase. We decided to rapidly develop a white label food delivery app inside our platform.As a result, we are launching Incase earlier than planned and gladly invite all restaurants, cafeterias, delis, bistros, lunchrooms, pizzerias, snackbars, eateries and diners to join in.Development continues with increased effort and many incredible features will be released in the following months. And always: at 0% commission!
