The Inclusion Accountability & Oversight Coalition (IAOC) is comprised of a group of undergraduate student leaders from the Dean's Student Advisory Council (DSAC), Smith Undergraduate Student Association (SUSA), and Diversity Empowerment Council (DEC) who are unified in their responsibility to oversee and ensure the inclusion of all undergraduate students within our respective organizations andt he Robert H. Smith School of Business (Smith) at large.The IAOC, first and foremost, is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the Smith community. We not only seek to ensure that Smith is diverse but, more importantly, that diversity is celebrated. We work to see that Smith continuously improves its culture and best practices to be more inclusive and equitable. As a united front of student leaders, we hope to accomplish this in two ways: one, by holding Smith organizations and our fellow leaders accountable and, two, by championing large-scale DEI projects.
