Civic & Social Organization - New York, New York, United States
Inclusion The Movement was founded by Edward Funches in 2014, a wheelchair bound T1 paraplegic. More than 50 percent of Inclusion is owned and operated by individuals with a disability and individuals that are at a disadvantage and need a second chance at life. Inclusion is driven by employee motivation to beat the odds and overcome adversity. One of Inclusion's missions is to bring awareness to society and to prove that there is value in everyone when given the opportunity. Through hard work and dedication to the mission, Inclusion has managed to secure a contract for its Fleet-Mobile Detailing division with NYCHA and DOT.As The Movement continues, Inclusion creates more opportunities and opens doors for all of its employees. The goal is to employ everyone and make them whole again through an inclusive process that does not set limitations and boundaries. The Movement will not stop.
