He Incubadora Preta - cultural training for black agents in Brazil, allows the creation of a virtual training space for new black cultural agents, with articulation and training actions for the Brazilian cultural production market, developing concepts of pre-production, production and post- production, fostering the creation of artistic projects for fundraising notices. In its three training cycles, the project dialogued with seventy people from the states of Amazonas, Amapá, Bahia, Ceará, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Piauí, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Sergipe and São Paulo and had as selection criteria the reservation of seventy percent of vacancies for cis / trans women and LGBTQIAP + self-declared black people, contributing to visibility and boosting the professional path of each individual. In the methodological and pedagogical search to develop the skills of production and cultural management from an Afrocentric perspective (ASANTE, 2009), didactic material, e-book, with specific contents in the essential bases to reflect and exercise the roles and demands was elaborated in cultural management. Subjects such as the role of the project manager, work team, monitoring and control of the actions performed, risk and feasibility analysis, writing development, cultural financing notices, planning and financial steps.
