Handcrafting the world's greatest chocolate is our life's work. Indah is proud to be the pioneer bean-to-bar chocolate maker in India. Slow-roasted and stone-ground in small batches, select origin cocoa beans are combined with the highest quality ingredients for a smooth and hearty flavor unique to chocolates handcrafted by Indah. Cocoa is so complex in flavor that we at Indah want to let it speak loud and proud. That is why we do less to bring you more. We combine traditional methods, modern European technique and classic flavors to make Indah the NEW old-fashioned chocolate. Indah founder Luvin Paryani took his first bite of stone ground chocolate while traveling in Bali, Indonesia. He was so inspired by the rustic intensity that it seemed inevitable that he would open a chocolate factory back home. Luvin apprenticed with Big Tree Farms, Bali to learn how to make chocolate that is simply crafted, but seriously good. Indah is the pioneer in ethical cacao sourcing. We maintain direct relationships with our cacao farmers and pay a premium above the trade price for their cocoa. We partner only with cocoa producers who respect the environment. We love sharing our love of craft chocolate.
