Advise on consent strategies to achieve the Principal's objectives considering operational restraints and occupational requirements. Encourage external design consultants to produce their best work using their knowledge, experience, and resources in a cost-effective way. Ensuring the design meets current legislation, standards, codes of practice, and fit for purpose, where appropriate. Ensuring design information is of the right quality, enough detail, and achieves the respective project stage deliverables including for consent, for manufacture, and for construction. Eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.We have local experience with and can provide alternate methods of construction as solutions to project constraints including off-site or modular construction.
