The Portal journey began with an initial grant from 22 English and Welsh schools, becoming 'live' in February 2016. The ethos of the portal was collegiality - we wanted to facilitate best practice and sharing amongst fellow education professionals. Over the years we have built up a newsletter following of 12000, held 100+ CPD events and networking events, produced InnovateED magazine and advised numerous schools on a variety of issues. We've also built up a strong network of experts and contacts in the field - many of whom we are now proud to call friends. The breadth of our work with schools is huge, from ad hoc recruitment, consultancy, coaching, curriculum audits. The three key areas of focus currently in addition to CPD events are:Market Research Events: Delivered online, taking just over an hour in an evening these events are aimed at Senior Leaders who want to hear about the latest products in the sector. Delegates here from 5/6 carefully chosen suppliers who give a quick insight into their product - enabling you to keep abreast of changes and developments without sales calls or extensive research. All our shoppers are parents of school aged children and have either has an Independent Education or providing their child with one. We believe our service is unique insofar as we match shoppers with schools who have no previous insight to the school and no marketing expertise, making the process as authentic as possible.
