India Art Collective (IAC) is a collaborative visual arts facilitator that focusses on the promotion and exhibition of Indian artists in the UK & Europe Arts scene. We support artistic collaboration between India and the United Kingdom, and also explore means to highlight and showcase unique methodologies and practices of emerging Indian artists and create a confluence of work that is a collaboration of traditional Indian processes and ‘western' sensibilities. Through our platform Arterial, IAC seeks to identify and nurture young Indian artists who are engaged with and producing art that is provocative, challenging and relevant to global audiences. The objective of Arterial is two fold.1. Present a fresh and exciting narrative of Indian contemporary art to art lovers across the world at affordable prices.2. Give emerging contemporary artists from India the opportunity to explore new markets and start selling their work.As an offering, Arterial showcases and sells original Indian artworks, as well as fine art photography and fine art prints, in limited edition series. Our curation is all about exploration, quality and intrigue. We attempt to bring forward works that carry with them a tension, an uneasiness that often makes a work stand out and be more successful.
