The Indian Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Law (IJAIL) [e-ISSN: 2582-6999] is the flagship journal of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL), established with the fundamental objective of advancing academic research and contemporary discourse on the intersection of artificial intelligence and law. Launched in March 2020, the journal is a bi-annual, double-blind reviewed and student-edited journal. The scope of the Journal is broad, including contemporary perspectives on AI and Law in India and worldwide. Our aim is to create a platform for mainstream discourse in this field and facilitate legal and policy research in this direction.
