INCAA's Mission:The Indiana Community Action Association (IN-CAA) works to strengthen the capacity of Indiana's Community Action Agencies to address community needs and poverty.INCAA's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Statement:Fighting against inequities is part of our shared Community Action history.We acknowledge that structural race, gender, and ability inequities contribute to the causes and conditions of poverty and prevent us from realizing the Promise of Community Action.
