Since 1956, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) has supported plaintiff trial lawyers- as a collective voice of the trial bar at the Indiana Statehouse and in courthouses across the state and by providing exclusive services designed for trial lawyers. The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association is the only state association fighting for you and your clients. Powerful corporate interests spend millions lobbying the Indiana General Assembly for legislation to undermine the civil justice system and deny Hoosiers fair access to the civil justice system.
