IFM is the online resource created to improve the last-place health ranking of Indianapolis (2015 & 2016). Our platform grows the local fitness economy by educating our readers, connecting them with local fitness professionals, and providing both groups with powerful tools and resources to grow.We started out as a simple blog and small Instagram account amongst friends and have evolved into a community of thousands who are dedicated to improving both their personal health, and the health of those around them.
