India's Best Brains 2015 is a 21 day long, national level technical talent hunt event. The event evaluates the entire pool of students passing out in the current year based on predefined parameters through different test patterns and in different test environments. \\Based on the performance of the students in the event, the entire pool of students is ranked and organized in skill based categories like excellent, best, better, good and OK. The event also identifies the top 100 students in the country with the specific skill sets that are required in the industry. \\This event can benefit organizations in their entry level hiring exercise. The information generated during the event in terms of performance of the students and feedback of the panel can be used for lead generation in talent acquisition.
