Indigo Land Design (Indigo) is a fully insured boutique civil engineering firm based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The firm was formally established in 2004 by its principal, Joe Wren, PE. We pride ourselves in superior "old-fashioned" client service and communication which has resulted in a very successful track record and an impeccable reputation. Our work consists of a wide variety of projects of all types and sizes ranging from single-family residential homes to major commercial developments. We are a full service firm that encompasses all types of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, medical, institutional, bridge, and marine projects. Our experience consists of more than 1,200 projects spanning over 75 towns and cities in CT, MA, RI, and VT.We have a unique ability to create and manage a design team and intimately collaborate with local officials and reviewing authorities to streamline the design and review process. This results in a superior end product that is delivered in an optimum time and cost efficient manner.
