INDOS Financial is an award winning fund oversight provider which specialises in AIFMD Depositary, AML Officer and ESG Oversight services for alternative investment funds across a range of strategies and open and closed ended fund structures. We provide services to over 150 funds across 75 clients, with assets in excess of $35bn. We were the first AIFMD Depositary to be authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority in January 2014 and in May 2017 became the first non-bank entity in the UK to be authorised by the FCA as a full depositary for UK unauthorised alternative investment funds. We work closely with our clients' existing fund administrators, prime brokers and custodians and our clients benefit from a truly independent service that is free of the potential conflicts of interest inherent in affiliated depositary models. INDOS was named Best Depositary Solution for two consecutive years in the prestigious 2016 and 2017 HFM Service Provider Awards. INDOS is an affiliate member of the Depositary and Trustee Association and the UNPRI, and holds a Type II SOC/ ISAE3402 certification and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
