Our mission is to provide a space for curious students and entrepreneurial individuals to build new devices and creations, and create an open and productive environment for people to develop their ideas in a community setting. For those unfamiliar with what a MakerSpace is, the core idea behind it is to provide a community space that houses tools and equipment for inventors, tinkerers, and DIY hobbyists. Oftentimes, individuals may find that a tool they need is too expensive to afford on their own. However, by joining a MakerSpace, they can gain access to that tool for a much smaller fee. Additionally, they immerse themselves in a community of fellow makers with similar interests.
