Industrial Plant Services (IPS), founded in 2008, is a unique service-based company staffed with a highly experienced team of industry experts. Decades of education and plant floor experience, in a variety of manufacturing environments, has given IPS team members the opportunity to work with a wide range of Robot and PLC Programming.IPS's innovative training approach strategically and efficiently maximizes performance resulting in:qualified cross-trained team members, and better manpower utilization, which reduces the overall amount of manpower resulting in significant cost reduction. IPS is currently implementing this form of training formanpower in the Mechatronics program at multiple manufacturing facilities for troubleshootingautomated systems and the repair and maintenance of equipment.
