Since 2008, Industrial Systems Consulting, LLC has served as contracted engineers, design consultants and construction managers.OUR SERVICES• Utilize in-depth knowledge of E&I, piping, and civil/mechanical installations to: -Perform material take offs and ordering. -Assist in designing and estimating projects -Plan the sequencing and scheduling of projects -Serve as the first point-of-contact for construction questions, drawing issues and manpower/priority conflicts. -Remove obstacles, problem solve and redirect personnel to maximize productivity. -Ensure Contractors are following sound QA/QC practices in accordance with established Project Procedures.• Rigorously adhere to onsite safety practices.• Follow change order and RFI procedures.• Assure that construction is completed in accordance to project specifications, design drawings, as well as electrical/building codes and customer standards.• Provide material acquisition, job planning and scheduling through SAP and Primavera. • Verify Contractors are working off the most current and approved set of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.• Possess all necessary insurance and licensing requirements to perform these duties.
