Industry connect strives to merge the lines of academia and industry thus creating an effective workforce. Our programs are intended to increase the exposure of students and aspiring job seekers in the engineering field to the real working environment so as to mitigate the gap of industrial exposure which is the major issue faced by the job-seeking engineering candidates. This early-stage exposure towards real working conditions will help them to understand the intricacies of working in a professional atmosphere and helps the companies to create a talent pool for the long term which are effective, efficient, and performance-oriented. Our student program helps the students by providing them internships industrial visits part-time projects start-up guidance networking opportunities etc during their study period so that they become industry ready from the first day. Our program for the graduates in engineering will help them to gather experience in real organizations which will help them to avoid the lack of experience. Thus we intend to create a candidate pool for our partnering organizations that they can use for their hiring purposes which will have the additional advantage of exposure in their organization and understands how their organization works, thus reducing their chances of wrong hires.
