Our concept is called CORE Building and takes a unique approach to the layout and design of the structure to minimize material costs and decrease maintenance costs. Our concept is to be built with upgradability in mind to allow for flexibility as a homeowner's family grows or its needs change. CORE Building utilizes today's most advanced building techniques to maximize the positive effects of the natural environment surrounding the structure; thoughtful decisions are made in regards to project location, structure orientation, roof pitches, material use, drainage, water retention, lighting, energy demands, usage, and implementation.
