Our three manufacturing plants, two in North America (Texas & Ohio) and one in Europe (Germany), and terminals throughout the world facilitate our sales to customers in all regions globally. Green Lake in Texas is one of the largest and most efficient plants in the world. In addition, we recently announced a firm intent to form a 50/50 JV with Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Corporation to build a fifth plant world scale plant in China.
