The Angel Harvey Family Health Center of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago's family health center serves more than 13,000 patients annually with a continuum of medical care, dental care, optometry, and behavioral health services in a single central location. This “one-stop-shop” ensures barrier-free access and provides a multi-service healthcare home for children and families in Chicago and the surrounding areas. For more than a century, we have pioneered innovative medical and behavioral health practices to serve some of Chicago’s most vulnerable populations. Since 1924, we have incorporated child development and behavioral health counseling into its primary care model, and since 1970, provided pediatric dentistry services to low-income children. Orthodontic care was introduced in 1991 and pediatric optometry in 1995. In 2015, we launched the Child-Centered Health and Advanced Therapies (CHAT) Center, for children at risk for developmental delays. Angel Harvey Family Health Center services are: - trusted by our patients.
