Information Technology & Services - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States
Infinicom was a former privately-owned technology service provider headquartered in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Their services included their iTech brand of Voice-over IP telephony, wireless / wired networks, enterprise file backup, cloud-based storage, multimedia equipment installation, broadband wi-fi connectivity and 24/7/365 technical support to commercial customers across the U.S. The founding members formed a limited liability partnership named "New Millennium Concepts" in 1999, later merging with the "WyoSource Group" in 2001, both of Berks County, Pennsylvania. In 2004, the company changed ownership and was re-named to "Infinicom Technologies" upon the relocation of their main office to Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It's number of staff members and increased overhead by operating a total of 6 satellite offices in addition to their corporate office, distribution center and remote warehouse locations allowed for increased buying power, shared services and market share in several other companies. After a slow start, the company later became one of the area's leading, fastest growing and trusted technology service providers in the region. After merging with 2 other organizations prior to 2010 and losing their New Cumberland facility due to flooding in 2011, they recovered strong and were determined to re-structure and grow 50% in size every 5 years due to the demand in the industry.During its final years of operation - their executive and support staff were consolidated and relocated to their new corporate office adjacent to the State Capitol building in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The majority of the company's assets and inventory were sold in 2015 and was re-structured as Infinicom Inc.; following a final acquisition by the Red Block Company in 2017, re-branded and aligned it under the enterprise division of the Red Block Corporation, a subsidiary of The BLOCK Company.
