MEET THE RISING LEGENDInfinitum Brewing – is a brewery offering luxury beers, created by enthusiasts and practitioners of the brewing industry, who decided to break the usual standards and show the world uncompromising quality.By creating Infinitum Brewing, we decided not only to become the best brewery in the world, but above all to convince everyone that our beer can be as noble as whiskey, cognac or wine.Our beers are made without compromise, which is why our brand has been given the infinity sign and the uroboros snake symbol. We see no limits in the pursuit of excellence and we believe in continuous work on the quality of our beer.The unique brewing process combined with freezing and aging in the casks after the oldest Scotch whiskey makes our American Barley Wine perfectly match food pairing, cocktails or simply enjoying its unique taste and aroma.Our debut style winning the gold medal in the most prestigious category in the International Beer Cup competition in Japan in October 2019 was only a consequence of our work and a stop on the way to creating a new canon of liquors.After several years of preparation and 15 months of the brewing process, we have 1500 bottles of our American Barley Wine.The company was founded in 2016 and first beer was corked in August 2019.
