Infinity Industrial Park (Infinity) is an infrastructure project being developed exclusively to promote SME businesses on Kenya. Infinity is one of the largest private industrial parks in Africa and is located off the Eastern Bypass Road near the junction of Kagundo Road on 200 acres of prime property. It is easily accessible from Thika Super Highway as well Mombasa Road and Jomo Kenyatta Airport. It will be a fully serviced industrial complex offering all the basic as well as advanced amenities to ensure that industries here will be able to focus on their core business and pave a way for a more developed Kenya, in a planned and environmental-friendly environment. Spread across 200 acres, initial work on the park has already begun with the boundary walls put up and power and water connections in place. The development includes construction of all requisite infrastructure and amenities; the infrastructure includes construction of roads and various utilities such as water sewerage and KPLC power sub-station. The amenities include public transport stage, hospital, shopping mall, 24 hour private security patrol services (which includes a police patrol base within the park) fire station, 5 star hotel, and wholesale market and 1M sq. feet (200 units) of warehouses. 25% of the total 200 acres will be dedicated to infrastructure development and the remaining will be sub-divided into plots ranging from 1-3 acres (the park will comprise of 800-1000 small and medium scale industries) to be sold to investors and industrialists.
