INFODEF is an organization founded with the intention to provide services and carry out activities for the promotion of the Local Development through Education and Culture. INFODEF works in partnership with schools, VET centers, Adult Education organizations, Public Administrations and community and voluntary sector organizations to deliver VET and Adult Education to meet local needs. INFODEF provides advisory and counselling services on quality assurance in adult training and VET. Supports international cooperation within the VET and adult education sectors by managing projects funded by the European Union. The projects facilitate a range of actions, including de development of new innovative training and counselling methodologies, in-service training, Work-based Learning and mobility for adult education and VET students and staff. INFODEF´s main field of expertise is the development of innovative methodologies and tools related with the teaching-learning process, the non-formal and informal learning and the guidance and counselling for learners with special needs and for disadvantaged groups. INFODEF has large experience in the development of methodologies and contents for the identification, training and validation of professional competencies and key competencies and the definition of ECVET curricula. INFODEF has also large experience in the design and management of European projects in the field of education, employment and entrepreneurship, funded by the Lifelong Learning and the Erasmus+ programmes.
