Infospan provides on and offline organization development (OD) and applied behavioral science (ABS) consulting focused on integrating the practice of OD/ABS with the internet and the web. Specific interests are in working with organizations committed to improving team and organization wide performance, while achieving sustainability, innovation and productivity locally, nationally and globally.With art and science as the guiding themes in my work, In addition to adapting technology as a part of my consulting strategy, since 2011 multimedia also plays an important role in how I approach my work with clients. Telling individual, group and organizational stories in this way is both highly affective and effective. As the first consulting firm dedicated to exploring the possibilities and limitations of virtual tools for providing OD/ABS consulting services, our preference is working with small to mid-sized entrepreneurial and success oriented businesses, but we also work with other public and private sector organizations to achieve the outcome consistent with our clients needs and vision. Service includes a pre-diagnostic assessment, leadership development, strategic planning and management, team building, change management, intercultural and communications competence. The mix of on and offline competencies is configured in a way that adapts to the unique needs of each client. If preferred, once baseline data is collected, the client determines how much work is done person-to-person person-to-group or virtually, because through our Virtual Learning Experience (VLE) methodology, face-to-face and face-to-group interaction is achievable. In this way fees can be reduced greater than significantly through the elimination of expenditures for lodging, food and travel.
