The current Inhabit Apartment group of buildings began in 2011 with the purchase of two short-term buildings in the Brisbane CBD. In 2015, Inhabit had grown to 7 buildings comprising some 990 units in total and about 680 in the letting pool. Three were in short term letting and the balance in permanent.A strategic planning decision in late 2015 saw us decide to concentrate on permanent letting.Two of the short-term buildings have been sold and replaced with another permanent building of 260 units. We now have a strategic focus on larger permanent buildings of 180 or more units and have 4 of that scale.Due to the nature of our industry, we have a number of different client groups; renters, holidaymakers, body corporates and our real estate buyers and sellers in the buildings. We aim to provide a pleasant and professional service to each of these client groups. Ultimately, our success depends on our service.
