Ink is a photo-production and creative services team that offers clients assistance in concept development, art direction, styling, set design project management and location scouting. The process that is offered by the Ink Consultant can range from simply acting as a mentor to the Client / Designer, guiding them through the development of a image that will suit his / her design standards, to taking the lead in a project, conducting the necessary research and analysis and seeing it through to completion. Other steps in the process may include – A. Demographic and Trend Research – Includes presentation boards, summary sheets, and visual reference materials. B. Concept Development and Creative Guidelines – Includes sketches, mood boards, go-bys and reference materials C. Creative Direction – When necessary and when given direction by Client, we will include take creative lead of photographers, set designers, with regard to total development of image/project. D. On-Set Art Direction – On occasion and when requested, will be required to supervise photography sessions to insure – adherence to concept and quality and communication between studio and client's Brand. E. Location Scouting and Coordination – Includes researching locations, location test shots, time-of-day detailing, mapping locales etc… Negotiating location fees will be the responsibility of the studio unless determined otherwise. F. Set Design and Development – Includes concept renderings, color selection, propping, and accessories, supervision of construction and final set up. G. Prop and Wardrobe Styling – Includes shopping, press and dress – based on concept guidelines, theme and direction.
