We own and sell only our inventory. We started buying land on the Outer Banks of North Carolina 15 years ago and witnessed the beginning and end of a long and prosperous real estate cycle. We have continued to acquire tracts over the years all over Eastern North Carolina to help build the inventory pipeline for Inner Banks Living. The current economic environment has created opportunities for our clients to buy trophy waterfront properties in the Inner Banks of North Carolina at a fraction of the cost compared to other Coastal Regions. Our focus is residential waterfront communities with finished infrastructure in emerging areas such as Greenville, North Carolina where the Regional Medical Center Growth is creating jobs and tremendous opportunities for our clients.
