Inner Depths Empowerment Coaching works with the Integral Method, the Enneagram, and Accountability Coaching to help identify and build strategies, practices, and reflections to support personal and/or leadership development. I coach the whole person rather than just addressing an issue (or symptom) by helping my clients learn to align and leverage their heads, hearts, and bodies into their daily practices and responses to different triggers, challenges, or obstacles. This in turn helps to empower my clients to take action back into their lives and live more fully in all their areas, not just at work or at home.For couples, we look at how their individual ways of being, strengths and desires along with areas of opportunities, can work with their partner's ways of being in a complementary fashion to strengthen the relationship by improving communication, reduce judgment, and work through conflict in a more healthy fashion. Inner Depths Empowerment Coaching is accredited through New Ventures West as an Integral Coach, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach, and IEQ9 as an Enneagram Practioner.
