We are CrossFit level 1 certified trainers offering personal training in a one-on-one or two-on-one motivational environment, and nutrition consultation. We hope to become and affiliate in September and soon after offer small group training classes. We are currently located in Auburn, WA. Inner Icon's mission is to change fitness perspective and the way that we look at our health. We desire to see healthy, strong, independent individuals whose lives are made better in all areas as a result of sound fitness and nutrition. We will coach individuals to see his/her true potential as an athlete through constantly varied, high intensity, functional training.
