Inner Urban, LLC. is a multi-divisional Ft. Lauderdale, Florida based real estate asset management, sales, construction and investment company that makes socially, economically and environmentally responsible investments in urban areas, much like Magic Johnson Enterprises, except on a regional level in areas with a population of 100,000 or less. We make our investments by forming syndications and joint ventures that cater to affluent and the high net worth individuals and institutions who have a double bottom line investment philosophy. Inner Urban only partners with those individuals and institutions that share its philosophy of helping the communities it serve. The types of investments that fit our investment profile are value added single and multi-family residential and commercial properties. We have a long term investment strategy and at a minimal hold our assets for a period of 3 to 5 years. We maximize our partners Return on Investment by strategically utilizing the services of our operational divisions and subsidiaries. While holding our assets, we work closely with community and civic associations as well as governmental entities, including schools, to make a positive social and economic impact in the communities that we serve.
