Launch the InnerJam app.2. Download your favorite music files to your device, if you haven't already, and add them to your InnerJam song playlist.3. Sign up for an InnerJam account.4. Find and download affirmation tracks that meet your needs and goals. We have over 150 affirmations tracks grouped together by topic; we call them ‘Jams.'5. Play your music like you would with any other music player app.6. Select and play your Jam. The entire affirmation track will continue to loop as long as you are listening to music.Simply listen to your music on InnerJam at a comfortable volume with your chosen affirmation's track turned on.
