These includes;• Conducting and managing benchmarking, landscaping studies, feasibility studies and analysis related to science, technology and innovation policy, national and regional innovation systems, as well as innovation management processes and outcomes.• The design and development of various types of innovation measures and policy instruments, including Science Park evaluation and development measures, regional innovation structures, technology transfer support structures, as well as tools for innovation policy planning in South Africa and regional level.• Provide services in the development and implementation of evaluation method for innovation systems development programs; science & technology parks, business incubators, regional innovation systems, technology commercialization programmes and information society programs.• Provide coordination and management of innovation systems development programmes.
