Innova Kapital was founded by Ivan Mazour and Djalal Lougouev in 2010 to take advantage of many property development opportunities in and around London and in order to reinvest the proceeds into a number of online and technology startups at an early stage. Our recent real estate projects include King's Yard - a 7 house gated development in Guildford, Surrey, a three bedroom penthouse in Marylebone, London, and a luxury apartment in Bayswater. In addition we have founded and financed a number of web startups, including 42tasks.com - an online productivity tool aimed at assisting small teams co-ordinate tasks and projects. Our latest technology investments include Style-Passport, an online fashion retail site, Capablue, an video on demand distribution platform, and IOVOX, a voip analytics company.
