Performance & Innovation: Innovact provides extensive application monitoring with availability reporting, software performance analysis, and event analysis service to the federal government under the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract. Our ITSS Team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Manager, Data Analysts, and Software Performance Evaluation Analysts support the USPTO OCIO in identify performance anti-patterns, root cause analysis, software implementation and integration to reduce the mean time to detect and mean time to resolve application incidents. • This includes advising the Office of Chief Information Officer to improve observability of critical applications as the organization moves into new technology and complex systems including micro-services, serverless, distributed systems, and containers. • Developed the synthetic monitoring solution with SiteScope, CitraTest and several other tools. • Developed the Synthetic Availability Application Monitor (SAAM) and Infrastructure Augmented Application Monitor (IAAM) – a unified reporting, diagnostic tool. • Provided expertise in development and implementation of Application Event • Implemented AppDynamics APM solution with End User Monitoring (EUM) for USPTO NextGen applications• Implemented Instana APM solution and transitioning Products to Instana from AppDynaimcs for USPTO on-prem and hybrid cloud applications.• Provided deep dive performance analysis using Splunk, AppDynamics, Instana, OpenNMS, TeamQuest, NetData and network analysis tools.
