Innovam was a business consulting and management training firm. It grew from the two initial consultants to a team of more than 15 and delivered support, advice and coaching to more than 400 entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and decision makers in Québec.From 2000 on, it was most renowned for its 3-month training programs "Macro-succès for micro-entreprise" and "Focus croissance", which were supported and subsidised by the Government of Québec. The firm eventually converted to a network of independent business consultants when the government ended subsidies for the training programs.
