Innovate On Purpose was founded on the hope and generosity of three unlikely friends. Chris, Katie and Jordan span three generations and have dramatically different educations, experiences and passions. But we share a set of fundamental beliefs. First, that businesses are uniquely capable of solving the major global issues we face. Second, that many leaders, like you, want to contribute in a meaningful way. And third, that the talent and resources you require to do so are abundant in your organizations. These shared beliefs, coupled with the fact that we each have something significant to give and receive from one another, compelled us to work together. Our purpose is to serve leaders who put business to work for social good. We do so as leadership consultants and coaches, offering guidance in the areas of purpose and innovation. Purpose brings meaning to people and organizations. It shifts us from a self-serving orientation, to one that benefits others. When we serve others, we connect with our hearts not just our minds and in doing so unleash tremendous talent, creativity and energy.
