Innovation Ideas Incubator Inc (i4) is a business that was established to assist inventors with guidance and assistance on how to bring their ideas to life. Chad Vuyovich, President and CEO founded the company as a place where employees can generate products and earn equally with the corporation.Mission Statement: Establish new technology markets through trust and mutually beneficial gains! The incubation process: i4 reviews applications and employs inventors and entrepreneurs under one year agreement with an option of an additional two years after the idea has become a minimal viable product. The inventor/employee learns design, engineering, and manufacturing in year one. Once the product is ready for marketing and sells, the employee transitions from building the product line to selling the product line. Year two is all about marketing, product sales, logistics, customer satisfaction, warranty services, and contract acquisition. Year three is all about teaching the employee/inventor executive duties and assist with building the business plan that would support a startup to manufacture products for sales starting out with their own product line. i4 never takes ownership of any intellectual property so that it can transfer the product line and sales accounts to the new corporation.Usually by the end of year two the employee/inventor knows if they want to pursue building their own company. Those that do not can continue working as an i4 employee/product owner and continue collecting royalties and commission. They would continuously improve their product and generate spinoff products based on customer demand. Should an employee realize manufacturing and product sells is not the business for them, then i4 will buy their intellectual property at a value equal to the 2nd year sales total. The departing employee would receive capital to conquer their next dream. Regardless of the idea owner's choice, i4 sets out to create honest leaders not the products!
