iNNOVATION LIFE LABS is a new kind of business model that transcends traditional Human-Centred Design (HCD) and User Experience (UX) practices, with a focus on HUMANITY. While traditionally HCD and UX have been rooted in this idea of placing the customer at the centre of the design, we believe it has failed in addressing the big design issues that face humans and society. True human-centricity must be grounded in the continuous calibration of applied-research to solve the kinds of problems faced by our world today. Borne out of a deep passion for the human user, and coupled with agile research, we use Design Thinking to help companies tell their stories of all forms of diversity & inclusivity, with purpose and measurable action. Inclusivity, for us, means ensuring equity in both analog and digital spaces and doing so sustainably. We focus on the big design topics of the day including Ai bias, Sustainable UX, as well as next-generation HCD and UX approaches to solving human problems. We do so using Design Thinking methods, coupled with new research to inform new frameworks of operation. Design challenges are agnostic to industries and also exist outside of traditional departments. Human-centricity starts with the acceptance that companies who measure their own success through the lenses of inclusivity are able to support their customers in more comprehensive and anticipatory ways. WE SPECIALIZE IN Ai BIAS AND OTHER BIG TOPICS AS THEY INTERSECT WITH TRADITIONAL UX / HCD, WHICH WE BELIEVE ARE TIED TO WIDER DESIGN ISSUES THAT CAN ADVANCE HUMANITY AS A WHOLE
