Innovative American Technologies (IAT) is a privately held corporation with offices in Coconut Creek, Florida. IAT develops and commercializes advanced technologies for homeland security, military, international and commercial applications. IAT technologies include advanced sensor systems for Chemical, Biological Radiation Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) detection and identification. IAT has designed and is manufacturing radiation detection and identification systems for port security, radiation portal monitors, and vehicle based detection systems for deployment world-wide. IAT subcontracts US DOE labs to assist in the verification of selected technologies. IAT has developed an advanced neutron detector system for use in our CBRNE systems. Current neutron detectors deployed worldwide are predominantly based on helium-3. The US Government has recognized that helium-3 is a limited resource and a helium-3 replacement strategy is underway. The IAT advanced neutron detector system is a proven product for helium-3 replacement. Qualified Anti-Terrorist Technologies (QATT) The Radiation Threat Identification System (RTIS) including our advanced neutron detector technologies and multiple applications have been granted "Designation" status from the Department of Homeland Security under the SAFETY Act: Spreader Bar Radiation Verification System (SBRVS) Mobile Radiation Verification System (MRVS)
