Innovative has been engaged in training activities since 1999. Company's training division offered various courses from soft skills to BPO-Call center training, from basic Accounting courses to short term courses for executives, from programming to certification. Since 2011 company started its own division of e-content development. First product C Marathi has been launched and it is the unique e-learning product with out-of-box teaching methodology. The product claims that this is the only such product at International level to teach programming language in Marathi. The company plans to develop similar products for Advanced C, Data Structures, OOP, C++ and Java in the near future.
