• Provide scholarly and technical writing expertise ad hoc for diverse clients, including dissertation mentoring and proofreading.• Offer in-depth research, analysis, communications, and process improvement expertise.• Provide consultative contract work in Public Health and Epidemiology, as well as all aspects of technical development and training in Mohs Histopathology including:o Design user support materials, i.e., documentation and online help that enable clients/trainees to perform specific tasks.o Create performance support tools, i.e., checklists, quick reference guideso Write instructions and prepare manuals. o Conduct usability studies gathering information regarding how products, devices, and systems are used.
