Innovative Publishing and Media (IPM Vietnam) was founded in February 2004 by a group of publishing professionals and firstly worked as a pioneer Literary Agency to help Vietnamese Publishers to cooperate with Foreign Publishers, especially after Vietnam entering to Berne Convention at the end of 2004.
