ISCHAIN is proposing the establishment of a Covid19 Vaccination Hub that will facilitate International Essential Travelers to visit, get vaccinated, onward travel seamlessly to desired final destinations.The definition of "Essential Travelers" may be summarized as follows:Essential Business TravelersEssential Foreign Migrant Worker TravelersEssential Pilgrimage Travelers Equitable Vaccine Access Initiative These unique segment of travelers are dependent on Vaccination sustain their Life and Lifelihood needs.
