Innovent delivered the world's first CMOS single chip Bluetooth solution.Innovent was acquired by Broadcom in 2000, having raised only one round of financing of less than $10 million. The acquisition of Innovent became the foundational technology for Broadcom's Mobile and Wireless Group.
