I had been working for more than 15 years as an employee in the automotive industry for a number of automotive suppliers. I started as an engineer and then I was a middle manager and for the last 5 years, I had been helping my employers to achieve their goals as a Quality Manager. With 15+ years of quality management experience behind me, I have been working as a freelancer since 2020 to help my clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. The mosaic word INQA comes from the letters of INnovative QuAlity solutions, because I believe that continuous development and renewal are essential for survival in today's world. These are also the focus of my trainings and project services. I see problems as a compass in the unknown, with the solution of which we evolve to perfection and from which we always learn something.
