At InsideDNA we help Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies during pre-clinical and clinical stages. Our focus is on refining biomarker strategies, reducing clinical trial risks and providing a more refined stratification plan, consequently increasing specificity and success rates of clinical program/drug candidates.Our team has very strong cross capabilities in statistics, bioinformatics and machine learning and very good experience with TCGA, CCLE, COSMIC, DRIVE, PCAWG and many other core genetic cancer datasets. Our proprietary scalable analytics platform (InsideDNA) helps analysing large data volumes in no time.We work with academic and governmental institutions with a particular focus on metagenomics and metatranscriptomic data analysis, specially working on statistical analysis to discern function and composition of target microbiota and its links to external factors. Our team has an in-depth expertise in processing 16S rRNA, amplicon, metagenomics and metatranscriptomics samples. We have extensive experience in functional annotation of metagenomics dataset and worked with various databases such as NCBI, KEGG, Uniprot and many others.
